Anyone can participate and anyone can be the judge. Regardless of whether you are a professional or an amateur, a digital shooter or a film lover, an outdoor enthusiastic or a studio photographer, you can join the contest. Any material is subject for review and admin approval.  Register, log-in and upload to join the contest. A registered user may submit one photo per category. Rating of pictures will officially start on December 8 at 9:00AM and will end on January 4, 2008 at 5:00PM.  All prior comments and ratings prior to this time will be reset to 0. CLICK HERE TO  JOIN

Participants register and can upload the pictures anytime between the start of the contest.  Pls. note that the closer time you upload the picture to the December 8, 9:00 a.m. contest, the more chances you have.  You may continue to upload your pictures after December 8 (start of the contest) till December 15, the latest date.  The pictures will be reviewed for suitability every afternoon at 5:00 p.m. during workdays.

The pictures with the highest average rating will be the winner.  In the event that there is a tie of the rating, the picture with the more number of people rating the picture will be the winner.

A user may submit and win in the various album category, but he may only win one prize for that category. In the event the user wins both the highest rating, and the most number of comments, he will be made to choose only one prize.

The picture in each category with the highest averaged rating (as of January 4, 2008 5:00 p.m.), and the most number of comments will each win the prize.

Images will be judged on Two Criteria:  Most rated and most commented/reviewed images.

• We have instituted safeguards so that one computer may rate one picture only once.  Any attempt to circumvent this may result in sanctions against the person making the attempt.

• Only registered users will be allowed to write comments. For posting comments, each u ser comment are counted as one per user regardless of how many comments the user posts on a specific picture. A comment has to be a minimum of 5 words to qualify.  The owner of the picture may respond in its comments, but his comments will not be counted.
